Compel government institutions in cooperation with the media and respond to questions and inquiries

Saudi Council of Ministers decided Palace of journalism on journalists accredited to the Saudi Journalists' Association.

The ministry decided in her palace of journalistic practice of journalists accredited to the Saudi Journalists' Association, also committed the ministries and agencies, public institutions and government agencies a private service bodies appointed spokespersons in the headquarters main as well as in sections as needed and to inform the Ministry of Culture and Information to do so.
As well as the Board identified the functions of the speaker key to include communication with the media, including the part, and those related news, data, illustrations, as well as respond to what it receives from the questions and answer them and publish them from the news or information of interest to public affairs.
The Council also stressed that the ministries and agencies, public institutions and other government agencies to activate aspects of information regarding its activities and its projects, services and interaction by providing the appropriate coverage, and the need to open channels of communication and cooperation with the media and respond to all questions and inquiries and employment of their websites to do so.
The Council stressed the importance of litigation in the event of publishing incorrect, or if failure to respond appropriately with someone replies, and file a lawsuit against the journalist and media organization in accordance with regulations and instructions.
