Cause of death among Saudi males between 16 and 36 years

The Director of General Directorate of Traffic in the city of Jeddah, Suleiman bin Abdulrahman Al-Ajlan, that road accidents leading to deaths by 17 people a day in the Kingdom, pointing out that traffic accidents are the leading cause of death among males aged between 16 and 36 years, according to a report the newspaper "Al-Riyadh" Saudi Arabia, on Saturday.
He explained that during the period of one year from 2010 to 2011, died 7153 people, injured more than 40 thousand, about half a million in a traffic accident in Saudi Arabia.
The comments came at a ceremony sponsored by Director of King Abdulaziz University, Dr. Osama bin Sadiq Tayeb, to provide competition prizes idealism in driving traffic for the second semester of the academic year current, and organized by the cessation of scientific university on Friday, Hall, Sheikh Saleh Kamel, the Institute of Islamic Economics.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Rector honored winners in the contest the perfect driving traffic, which stipulated that the winner not getting any traffic violation during the current semester.
The director of the university that the competition aims to promote the culture of driving traffic to the employees of the university to be a good example to others, and contribute to the reduction of human and economic toll of traffic accidents.
