Praise to God and His help and guidance, we announce the budget of the new fiscal year 1433 / 1434 e, which amount to (690), six hundred and ninety billion riyals, an increase of (110) billion riyals for the estimated budget for the current financial year 1432 / 1433 in the embodiment of the continuation of our commitment to promoting sustainable development in our country expensive and provide more job opportunities for citizens and confirmation of continuing the balanced development between sectors and between regions, taking into account the outlook for the financial state and balance, which includes the new projects and additional phases for a number of projects previously approved estimated total cost of $ (265) billion riyals. This further strengthens and supports the budget recently enacted by royal decrees hope when implemented can contribute to improving the standard of living of the citizens also confirms that our approach to give priority to human development which is the basis of comprehensive development. Accordingly, it was adopted more than (168) billion riyals from public expenditures for public education and higher education and workforce training.
Include the continuation of its work in implementing the project to develop public education and the adoption of the establishment of more than (700) Benin for a new school and girls and funds to complete the university cities and projects in the field of technical training and technical support.
In the health sector and social development work continues to provide and raise the level of health and social services towards the adoption of (87) billion riyals. The new budget included a number of projects including the construction and equipping of primary health care centers in all regions of the Kingdom, and the establishment of (17) new hospitals. The budget included new projects for the establishment of sports clubs and cities and the role of care and observation of social and rehabilitation and the necessary funds to support social welfare programs.
Have been adopted more than (29) billion riyals to be spent on municipal services. The budget for this sector, new projects and additions to some existing projects.
As spending on roads and transport and communications for more than (35) billion riyals. The budget included new projects and additions to previously approved projects.
The total approved for the sectors of water, industry, agriculture and other basic equipment to (58) billion riyals.
The budget includes funds to continue its predecessors in the implementation of the National Plan for Science and Technology, and the "National Plan for Communications and Information Technology." Will also continue to fund development banks and specialized government lending in the industrial, agricultural and small and medium enterprises in support of economic development and stimulate trade finance.
