He also said, that the Council approved the establishment of some centers and departments in some universities, according to the following:
1 - Establishment of Center of Scientific Publications and Translation at the University of Qassim.
2 - Create a center of scientific publishing, writing and translation at the University of the northern border.
3 - Create a Department of Special Education, Faculty of Education at the University of Umm Al-Qura.
4 - Establishing the Department of Clinical Nutrition, Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences, University of Dammam.
5 - Create the following sections the Deanship of the preparatory year at the University of Dammam does not grant a degree: Department of English, and Computer Department, the Department of the development of self, and the Department of Basic Sciences, the Department of Islamic Studies.
He says that His Excellency and the Council approved the establishment of some deanships in some universities, according to the following:
1 - Establishment of the Deanship of development and skills development at the University of Princess Noora Abdul Rahman girl.
2 - Create the Deanship of the preparatory year and support studies at the University of the northern border.
3 - Create Quality Deanship of Academic Accreditation and the University of the northern border.
4 - Establishing the Deanship of e-learning and distance learning at the University of the northern border.
5 - Create the Deanship of faculty and staff at the University of the northern border.
The Council also approved the names of a number of institutes, colleges and departments in some universities, according to the following:
1 - Change the name (the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj Research), University of Umm Al-Qura to (the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj Research and Umrah).
2 - Change the name (Department of Computer Engineering), Faculty of Computer and Information Systems at the University of Jazan to (Department of Computer Engineering and Networks).
3 - Change the name (University College Rafha) of the University of the northern border (College of Arts and Sciences).
And His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education that one of the resolutions of the Council, which received the approval of the High Commissioner his decision on the draft Memorandum of Understanding between the University of Thebes and the World Assembly of Muslim Youth in the field of education and scientific research and community service.
The Council of Higher Education to establish an agency in Taif University, assigning a number of faculty members and agents for some universities, according to the following:
1 - establishment of an agency Taif University of creativity and development, and commissioning of / Grady Althbyta bin Sulayem, the agent for this agency.
2 - Reassigning Dr. Abdullah bin Omar, Pavel, an agent of King Abdulaziz University for projects.
3 - Reassigning Dr. Ahmed bin Hamed my critics, and agent for the King Abdulaziz University for business and creative knowledge.
4 - Reassigning Dr. Abdulrahman bin Saleh connecting, and the agent for Qassim University for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.
5 - Reassigning Dr Mohammed bin Ali Abdullah spring, an agent for Jazan University for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.

1 - Annual Report of King Faisal University for the academic year 1430/1431 AH
2 - Annual report of the University good for the academic year 1430/1431 AH
3 - Annual Report Jouf University for the academic year 1430/1431 AH
4 - Annual Report of the University of Tabuk for the academic year 1430/1431 AH
5 - Annual report of the Baha University for the academic year 1430/1431 AH
6 - Annual Report of the University of blonde for the academic year 1430/1431 AH
And was approved by the Council to extend the service (191) members of the faculty in some universities.
