First, the Prime Minister as chairman of the Ministerial Committee for Administrative Organization The Deputy Prime Minister and Vice-Chairman of the Committee.
Second: The Prime Minister and head of strategic storage program and the Deputy Prime Minister and Vice-President.
Third: The Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Vice-President of the National Security Council and the Minister of Defense a member of the Council.
Fourth: The Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Supreme Councilfor Islamic Affairs.
Fifth: The Deputy Prime Minister and Vice-President of the Supreme Economic Council.

First:
1 The President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation Chairman of the Board of Directors General of Civil Aviation, and re-formation of the Council accordingly.
